Want to help me make a menu or three?

In one of my classes this quarter, I have to come up with a menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  I thought it might be fun to get some ideas and contributions from you guys!  Would you be willing to help me?? First up I have to make a breakfast menu.  What are your favorite things to order/eat for breakfast?  Give me the name of the food and a brief description of it.  You can be as detailed as you want in the description.  Describe it in a way that would make you want to buy it!  In a few weeks, the final draft of my menu will be done and I will share it with you.

Stuffed French toast and Crepes.

The BEST breakfast:

crepes with cream (sour cream + sugar + vanilla)
and fresh fruit to put inside of course (blueberries are my favorite!)

If you make this for somebody they will love you forever.

Good luck! I love to cook so I can help with whatever!

For sure Cinnamon French Toast (or stuffed sounds yummy too). Definitely with fruit on top. I love asparagus & eggs too. Good luck!

Well i don't know what kind of food you're looking for, but my friend made me homemade sourdough waffles with huckleberry jam and tart vanilla frozen yogurt. It was amazing.

I also like this Monte Cristo Souffle my mom makes on christmas morning. Its like the sandwich, but casserole style- layer bread, swiss cheese, ham and/or turkey over and over. Beat eggs and cinnamon and pour over then cook. She serves it with jam and powdered sugar.

Don't know if that helps at all, but those are 2 of my favorite breakfasts.... Good luck!!!

I love making maple syrup flavored breakfast sausage rolled up into croissant rolls with country gravy on the side and eggs:)

Also, another breakfast we like are corn tortillas fried up in veggie oil mixed up with scrambled eggs!! Yummy

If you want a lighter, more healthy breakfast, I like yogurt with pecans and craisins mixed in it! :)

Since I try to cook breakfast every morning- I'd love suggestions! But my favorites are already mentioned- crepes, French toast, and I actually love blueberry muffins. I have a good recipe for the muffin part but the crumble topping needs work! I also love oatmeal with a little almond extract and cinnamon topped with bananas and walnuts and scrambled eggs mixed with Obrien style hashbrowns, green peppers, onions & ham. Oh, and a homemade version of Sonic Supersonic breakfast burritos (that Pioneer Woman has a version of that on her site). Can you tell breakfast is my favorite meal of the day?!!

I just have to say that I really NEED that Monte Cristo recipe. Monte Cristo's are my freaking FAVORITE!!!
German pancakes. And lots of fruit. And I love eggs too. I like breakfast food.

My absolute, most favorite breakfast ever:

Brûléed brioche french toast with toasted pecans topped with creme fraiche and orange maple syrup.

Each piece of brioche is soaked in a mixture of egg, brown sugar, butter, orange juice and cinnamon before being baked to perfection.
When done, it is removed from the oven, piping hot, where it it then coated lightly with sugar and Brûléed until a crisp crust is formed. Top quickly with a dollop of creme fraiche and dust with powdered sugar. Serve immediately with warmed orange syrup and prepare yourself for a brief trip to heaven.

Trust me, you are going to want to go back. :)
